Brief introduction of coarse disc bubble diffuser

1. Summary of rotary mixing aerator

In the aerobic wastewater treatment process, the organic pollutants in the water body are decomposed by microorganisms to achieve the purpose of water purification. The biological and chemical activities of microorganisms must have an oxygen source, the function of the aerator is to air the blower through the pipeline, to the water diffusion to provide the oxygen source microorganisms need. The gas-liquid interface formed by bubbles in contact with water is the place where oxygen transfer occurs. The more bubbles are produced by gas diffusion per unit volume, the larger the gas-liquid interface is formed, and the higher the oxygen transfer efficiency is. The amount of air bubbles generated by diffuser directly affects the efficiency of oxygen transfer.

At present, micro-pore aerators at home and abroad adopt the technology of "micro-pore" diffusion method. When air is discharged into water through micro-pore, it can produce bubbles. However, the inherent characteristics of this "micro-pore" have the following problems: (1) large exhaust resistance loss; (2) pore is easy to plug; (3) to enter the aeration system. The gas source has strict requirements for dust removal and filtration; (4) aerator has low durability and reliability.

Coarse disc bubble diffuser, through swirling, blocking, collision and other effects, so that the bubble with considerable floating force has been fully broken, thus achieving the aerator's large hole exhaust bubble operation effect, completely out of the "tiny hole can produce bubble" concept. The large hole exhaust mode is adopted to form fine bubbles by dynamic diffusion, so that the rotary mixing aerator has the advantages of low exhaust resistance loss, easy plugging, high efficiency, maintenance-free and replacement-free, and has the technical characteristics of system check and automatic high-speed exhaust pores.

2. Structure and principle of rotary mixing aerator

Coarse disc bubble diffuser is composed of connecting nozzle, swirling mixing core distributor, sandwich diffusion gear cover, diffusion reverse gear cover, air trunk pipe, air branch pipe, horizontal adjusting bracket, air blowdown device and other main components. Air is entered into the aerator by gas distribution pipeline, air flow will cause rubber air check valve up and down gaps movement, and re-open. The diffusion inner teeth of the flow ring, the upper and lower teeth of the sandwich diffusion gear cover and the inverted teeth diffusion cover play multiple impact and breakage dynamic diffusion roles on bubbles moving upward. The connection between the aerator and the air branch pipe is the standard coarse thread connection on the market.
