Brewery wastewater treatment and commissioning
The sewage treatment project of a beer industry Co., Ltd. in Henan Province was commissioned in March 2004. After three months of commissioning and trial operation, the effluent quality of the existing wastewater treated by the sewage treatment plant meets the requirements of class II standard in Table 4 of integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB8978-1996) and local total amount control. During the commissioning, the operators were conscientious and responsible, and technical training was carried out for the operators. In July 2004, the commissioning work of the sewage treatment station was successfully completed. The commissioning personnel have done the control, observation, recording and analysis test work for the trial operation of the sewage treatment station, which has positive practical significance for improving the technical management level and operation level of the sewage treatment station.
According to the brewery production technology, the main sources of wastewater are malt water, wheat steep water, germinating and cooling water, wheat tank water, washing water, coagulant washing water, saccharification and washing water during the saccharification, washing, filtering and washing of the fermentation tank, canning process, bottle washing, sterilization and beer breaking, cooling water and washing water in the finished workshop. And domestic sewage from office buildings, canteens and bathrooms.
Production wastewater is discharged continuously 24 hours a day.
1.2 sewage treatment scale
The treatment capacity of the sewage treatment station is based on the maximum daily flow of 1500 m3 / D, including 500 m3 / D high concentration wastewater and 1000 m3 / D medium and low concentration wastewater.
1.3 sewage quality
The design water quality of the sewage treatment station is as follows:
High concentration wastewater
CODCr 4000mg/l
BOD5 2000mg/l
SS 400mg/l
PH 6-9
Low and medium concentration wastewater
CODCr 500mg/l
BOD5 200mg/l
SS 400mg/l
PH 6-9
Water quality requirements after treatment
According to the requirements of the factory, the discharged wastewater shall meet the secondary standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB8978-1996). The specific indicators are as follows:
CODCr≤150mg/l
BOD5≤60mg/l
SS less than 150mg/l
PH 6~9
The CODcr index is not more than 100mg / L.
2 Introduction to sewage treatment process
The project adopts the biochemical treatment process of Anaerobic + aerobic.
