Application of Air Floating Machine in Papermaking Sewage Treatment
The flotation machine relies on the principle of air flotation to complete the treatment of sewage, including solid-liquid separation, grease separation and so on. The treatment process includes five steps: adding coagulant solution, releasing gas, pressure difference formation, micro bubble emergence and sewage separation. Compared with other mechanical methods, it has the advantages of simple structure, high negative pressure, high processing efficiency and low fault frequency.
Air flotation machines are widely used in urban sewage disposal, food processing, petrochemical, paper making, transportation, and waterworks. Of course, there are still some requirements for sewage treatment, such as solid-liquid separation, oil treatment, viscous substances, gelatinous substances.
The application of air flotation machine in wastewater treatment of papermaking is mainly embodied in three aspects:
1. Coagulant liquid is added to sewage to initially realize solid-liquid coagulation. After that, negative pressure difference between air and water is formed in water through dissolved air release equipment. Under the action of air floatation pump, liquid debris will float on the surface of water with bubbles, which basically completes solid-liquid separation.
2. Paper-making wastewater has more viscous and colloidal substances, so it is necessary to choose the vortex-concave air flotation machine, which can improve the removal rate of wastewater by using the vortex-concave layer. It has the characteristics of stable performance and energy saving.
The application of air floatation machine in papermaking wastewater treatment is mainly realized by the cavitation air floatation machine. Of course, due to the complex treatment process of the cavitation air floatation machine, necessary maintenance measures should be paid attention to during the use process, such as, air floatation pump, scraper, filter, etc., which should be tested and used regularly to avoid damage and over freezing.
