Application and aeration effect of tube fine bubble diffuser
Nov 22,2018
Tube fine bubble diffuser is mainly used for aeration of municipal sewage and organic industrial wastewater treatment system. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high oxygen utilization rate, reliable performance, non-blocking of stomata, non-backfilling of sewage, uniform circumferential force, long service life, convenient installation and maintenance, and low system price.
It usually adopts this aeration method in A/O and A2/O process, CASS process and improved oxidation ditch process. Its principle is to use blower to transport air through gas pipeline to aeration device located at the bottom of pool, disperse and escape in the form of bubbles, and dissolve oxygen into water at the gas-liquid interface.
It has the advantages of energy-saving design, low installation cost, high reliability and excellent performance in intermittent and continuous aeration process. In order to meet the specifications of aeration system, different drilling modes can be used to adjust the working pressure, such as different slit length, distance and drilling density. The drilling length is 200 - 1200 mm, the standard length is 500 mm, 750 mm and 1000 mm.
Its replacement diaphragm is used in wastewater treatment industry with micro-porous aeration diaphragm, which has high oxygen utilization efficiency and low energy consumption. The replacement diaphragm is universal with most micro-porous aeration diaphragm systems. It is suitable for pulp and paper industry, petrochemical industry and refining wastewater.http://www.khnwatertreatment.com/
