Air intake mode and debugging of air flotation machine

There are two kinds of air intake modes for the air floatation machine, i.e. the air before the pump and the air inlet after the pump. The air floatation machine pumps forward gas, which is led back to the water suction pipe by the water pump pipe. The hydraulic injector is installed on the branch pipe. When the hydraulic injector is generated, the waste water is negative pressure. After the air is mixed with the waste water, the water pipe and water pump are sent to the air tank. In this way, the air compressor is omitted, which is relatively simple, and the water and gas are evenly mixed. But the water pump shall adopt self-priming water inlet and keep the water head above 1m.

In addition, the suction capacity of the air flotation machine shall not be greater than 10% of the water volume of the pump. Otherwise, the pump will not work properly and cavitation will occur. After the pump water, usually in the pressure pipe into the compressed air. The above methods can make the pump work stably, and do not need to work under positive pressure, but need air compressor to supply air. In order to have a good gas solubility, the volume of the air tank of the air flotation machine is relatively large, so a complex filling method is needed to fill the air tank.

Before the formal operation of the air flotation machine, it is often necessary to complete the commissioning work. First, fill the air flotation tank with clean water, then open the inlet and outlet valves and release valves of the reflux pump, and finally close the inlet and suction valves of the jet. Next, start the reflux pump.

Wait for a period of time, fill water into the air dissolving tank until the pressure of the pump rises to 0.45-0.65 MPa, slowly open the water inlet valve of the fluidizer, adjust the pressure in the tank to 0.45-0.5mpa, and then slightly open the air inlet valve to inject micro air, so as to adjust the pressure in the air flotation equipment tank to 0.35-0.42mpa.

After the whole system is stabilized, the releaser will release a large number of bubbles, so that the air flotation equipment can be ready for water operation, the whole process will take about 15 minutes. In this way, it means that the debugging work is completed smoothly.

Then it can enter the operation stage of the air flotation machine. In this process, the inlet and outlet valves of the reflux pump of the clean water tank shall be opened in turn, the inlet, outlet valves and suction valves of the jet device shall be closed, and then the reflux pump shall be opened. At this time, attention should be paid to adjust the pressure to a suitable state. It can start the lift pump in the sump and gradually inject the wastewater to be treated into the air flotation equipment. Then add a proper amount of coagulant in the dissolving agent poke, dissolve with clear water, open the valve of dissolving agent barrel, drop coagulant, and mix with the wastewater in the reaction area for reaction.
