1. Civil engineering coordination:
According to the equipment foundation drawing provided by filter manufacturer, the hole should be reserved at the foot hole of filter and the foundation should reach the design strength.
2. Filter in place
A. Check whether the civil construction foundation is built according to the design requirements before installation.
B. The equipment shall be in place according to the design drawings, adjust the leg pad iron and check the horizontal and vertical degree of the inlet and outlet flanges.
C. Weld and fix the equipment and foundation embedded iron plate, and check the horizontal and vertical degree of the import and export flange again after fixing.
3. Pipe connection
A. Assemble the main piping according to the design drawing after dividing the piping according to the number. Clean the inner wall with clean cloth before assembling each piping. After assembling, keep the axis of the piping horizontal and vertical, and the valve orientation is reasonable (manual valve handle forward, pneumatic valve start head up).
B. check the body valve switch flexible, with the case of the card timely rectification.
After the completion of the pool and equipment, the necessary support work should be done to the valve group.
C. Installation equipment equipped with inlet and outlet water pressure gauges, sampling valves, etc. Inlet and outlet pipes, if there is a flow probe pedestal application plug.
4. Quartz sand loading
A. When filling quartz sand, the tightness of the filter cap must be carefully checked to ensure that each filter cap is tightly fastened before filling quartz sand.
B. Before changing quartz sand, a small amount of water should also be injected into the sand tank. The sand should be filled with quartz sand in the order of large sand below and small sand above. The filling volume of quartz sand is about 60% of the sand tank.
C. According to the designed filling height, the fillers of various specifications are loaded successively, and each filling must be squared manually to fill a layer.
After D and quartz sand are packed, the equipment is reinstalled. •
5. Cleaning quartz sand:
A. Open the manhole flange of the equipment to re-tighten the parts in the equipment, and confirm that the tank internal parts are not missing; close the manhole flange.
B. Clean the quartz sand, open the equipment inlet valve, exhaust valve, open the raw water pump, to the equipment outlet after water closing the exhaust valve, before washing to confirm that the valve is opened correctly that is, the inlet valve and the discharge valve. Then the pump is washed first and then backwashed. Then wash it alternately. Until the water coming out of the filter is clarified.
6. Effect detection
Turbidity value (3) was determined as the flushing endpoint.
7. The equipment is in standby mode.
After the equipment is tested normally, the pressure difference between the running water inlet and outlet is not more than 0.5 bar, and the flow rate of the testing water inlet and outlet reaches the design requirements.
8. Initial operation:
The operation experience should be explored step by step according to the local water quality to determine the type and dosage of coagulant and the opening degree of drainage gate valve during backwashing.
9. Matters needing attention:
A. During the operation of the filter, the turbidity of the inlet water should not be higher than the design specifications, and the backwashing should be carried out according to the design requirements, otherwise the operation period will be shortened or the mud balls will be formed in the filter layer, which will seriously affect the quality of the effluent water.
B. In direct filtration, the coagulant should be prepared into a certain concentration and added before the pump. The coagulant must be a qualified product with a content of aluminum greater than 35%.
